:o Just a reminder for those who haven't seen it. Directed by Lewis Milestone. Starring Thomas Meighan. Louis Wolheim and Marie Prevost. On TCM Tonight! Nominated for the Best Picture Oscar for 1928. Rousing musical score by the great Robert Israel. Restored by Flicker Alley in 2004. Has not been released on DVD. or Blue-ray. Only on TCM.

Christopher Jacobs,

:o Well, I like THE MATING CALL better. Has more Omph! Renee Adoree and Evelyn Brent make a big difference. No offense to Marie Prevost there., but seriously. It's on TCM next week or the week after that.
