Tweet Bob Wills 1944 Vitaphone Short

Saw the Vita short Bob Wills and his Texas Playboys the other day, having TiVo'ed it and letting it sit on the server forever, as usual. Someone asked a question about it for which I do not have an answer; has this short been anthologized on DVD somewhere?

The same short is on the 2 disc STILL SWINGING 100th Anniversary tribute DVD to Bob Wills. The short though is not restored and of poor quality but there are a lot of other old rare Bob Wills clips on this set. A must for Bob Wills fans. The BIG BANDS, JAZZ & SWING version is far superior in quality.
