I didn't add any green, in fact I didn't add any color to Karloff's skin tone except for a light ambient brown added to the entire photo. I prefer to keep the Monster a mortuary gray but if you're going get huffy about it, take a look at these posters...and no, I haven't fiddled with the colors:
