Also, a Larry Semon comedy was playing that day. I can't make it out but the first word in the title looks like a "T" and the last resembles a "P", to my eyes. However, none of his filmography from 1919 to 1920 resembles it.
One thing that I notice in high res photos of movie theatres is how do they change the light bulbs? The height looks to be around 18 foot on this one.
They must have burned out frequently being Mazdas. Was it really worth having someone gt up on a latter every few days to change them out?
There are a few of Detroit City theatres showing a lot of empty light sockets.
