I'm trying to find out if this World Film still exists. Does anybody have access to the AMIA database?

not sure about MATERNITY. It was also known as THE CRY OF THE UNBORN. I don't see either title in the LOC Catalog or on silentera.com Another Alice Brady feature that's readily available is BETSY ROSS(same year) available for download from such venues as archive.org and youtube:
