SOUTH O' SANTA FE (1919)

PostSat Jul 14, 2012 2:40 pm

My first venture into the Westerns of Texas Guinan. Two-reeler a little over 20 minutes. She plays a woman who becomes foreman at a ranch. Some stuff missing but I assume the woman ranch owner is her sister (they have tattoos). Best moment is when the husband tries to scare Guinan off the ranch and walks up and punches her horse. She hauls off and decks him (no shrinking flower, she)and scowls "I don't care if you're the Grand Geezer of Garbage Hollow. No one hits my horse."
