Max Davidson and His Early Career

PostMon Jul 23, 2012 10:19 am

Max seems to have always received excellent reviews from the many stories I found in the trades and newspapers. The Los Angeles Times story on his marriage lists his address as well. Dick Bann has written a great in-depth story on Max for the DVD release.

I've never seen any of the "Izzy" comedies. Do any survive?

Being a "dialect" comedian in silent pictures is a neat trick, even for Max.
