iPad Problem

PostSat Aug 20, 2011 10:35 am

Starting yesterday, the layout displaying posts within an individual thread stopped working when using Safari on the iPad. The layouts showing lists of forums and lists of topics within a forum still work, but when a topic is clicked instead of seeing the messages I get what you see in this screenshot. Note that the blank space begins at about the point the "Tweet" button at the right is displayed. Could this be a new addition that's causing it? Desktop version of Safari on my iMac still works OK. Thanks.

People having similar problems with Safari on iPads (on other sites) have been told to "reset" their iPads.
So I would try that:

Check your own documentation or...

Try resetting the iPad...

Press and hold the Home button and the Wake / Sleep button at the same time, keep them both pressed until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

This will NOT affect any of your content on the iPad."

I should have thought of that, Rick. I've done iPad resets before, but didn't stop to think that it could solve this particular problem and it did. Thanks!

It's not something that would come immediately to anyone's mind.
You're welcome.
