We're working on new measures which, of course, we don't want to talk about in a way that will help the spammers figure out how to circumvent them.

We're pretty good about catching them and deleting them within a couple of hours but if you see one hanging around, please use the exclamation point in an upside down triangle button to report them, as that will give us the location of the post, too.
