Can someone explain this?

PostMon Jul 18, 2011 8:13 am

In this region-free dvd era, where region-free players are relatively cheap (or free if you know the "code" for your current player) and DVD orders from around the world take at most a couple of weeks to arrive, how is it that I can get the same titles shipped from the UK for less than it costs to buy here in the US?

The metric system.
We should respect the other fellow's religion, but only to the extent that we respect his theory that his wife is attractive and his children intelligent. —H.L. Mencken

The weak pound and a competitive online market where perpetual sales have made it very hard for new items to keep their original price. Price cuts occur very rapidly because consumers are now conditioned not to buy full price.
