PostTue Jan 25, 2011 9:43 pm

Donald Sosin and Nicole Thomas will play keyboards and accordion, with some vocals as well, for the complete screening of Feulliade's FANTOMAS at Yale University on Fri. Feb. 11. The marathon event's schedule is as follows:

3:30 Tom Gunning Lecture (45 min plus intro)
4:30: Fantomas, in the shadow of the guillotine (54’)
5:25: Juve contre Fantomas (62’)
6:30: Dinner-reception down the hallway (one hour)
7:30: The Murderous Corpse (90’)
9:00 coffee and desert (20’)
9:20 Fantomas vs. Fantomas (60’)
10:20 The False Magistrate (71’)
Ending at 11:31

Nicole Thomas is a native of Vancouver who has spent twelve years in France, now lives in upstate CT, and is working with me on several projects. She will attend the master class in Pordenone this October, so I hope many of you will get to her play, she's a fine composer and pianist.
