So... nobody knows, huh? Well, that's okay then. I guess it's just one of those weird little things in history that no one bothered to get to the bottom of... I will keep checking back periodically, however, just in case someone comes along that has an idea.

I am looking for more information about the murder of Francis Boggs by Frank Minnimatsu "the friendly janitor". All I can find online is that: A. Minnimatsu shot Boggs because he was an "evil man". B. He had planned the shooting for six months. C. Something had caused Minnimatsu to "go berserk", tho...
