Update: David is in hospice and is slowly being taken off life support. He has been in the hospital for about three weeks now.

Unfortunately, my good friend David Shepard of Film Preservation Assoc. is in ICU due to cancer, he is not going to make it the next few days. I just thought I'd post about this since I imagine no one knows what's going on.

That is only about 20 seconds of the film, there is roughly 2 minutes that survives however.

Found fragment of nitrate!
I recently bought a nitrate film fragment from an antique store. the only info I have is its from Kodak stock dated 1923. I was able to photograph about 25 seconds, see attached file below. Does anyone have any more information on the actors or the film?
