I can confirm that the BFI has a viewing print of 'So You won't Talk' - it's a great little film, starring Monty Banks. The plot involves him being unable to talk and having to communicate in pantomime - the perfect plot for an ex-silent comedian! I introduced a screening of it a couple of years ago...
