Thanks for this Ed. I've just watched it a second time (to make certain I understood it completely).
What a fun movie! I loved the way they kept the audience in the dark about exactly what's happening. I won't say more since others may not have seen it.
It's also important to carefully read the letter and card at the end of the film.
This would be a swell picture to see with an audience.

The Bride's Play Sunday night.... Great score by Ben Model..... Don't forget the time change for spring (though it's near zero degrees here, howling wind, and minus 25 wind chill)....

I've learned the meaning of "wraith" (a new word for me even if I'll never see it again). It was important to understanding the title.
