HUNGARIAN RHAPSODY (1928)/ THE MAN WHO HAD EVERYTHING (1920)

Post by bobfells » Fri Sep 24, 2010 12:50 pm

Grapevine Video just announced its September releases. No reference to 35mm so I am assuming 16mm is the source material:

"First we have two ultra-rare titles this month 'The Man Who Had Everything' starring Jack Pickford

and Lil Dagover in Hanns Schwarz's 'Hungarian Rhapsody' both entertaining dramas dealing with love and responsibility.

Also we have a true dramatic classic, Tol'able David starring Richard Barthelmess

and for laughs the comedic genius of Max Linder in a double feature presenting his parody The Three Must-Get-Theres and Seven Years Bad Luck.

Sounds like a winner!

I'd be interested in the 'Hungarian Rhapsody' as I have a 1930 one reeler of the same story and had always wondered about the feature.
