Here's a link to the Silent Comedy Watch Party #46, scheduled for 3PM EST on Sunday, February 21.

On the schedule is A Fraternity Mix-Up with Gale Henry and Alice Ardell, and Buster Keaton in The High Sign

Lubitsch also used a dollhouse to show you the set in Die Puppe. Anyway, The High Sign has a great shot, introducing Buster to the movie, almost the reflection of the way he ends The Boat, marching off into the unknown. And the Ardell short is a sloppy delight.

As always, thanks!

THe Silent Comedy Watch Party #47 is scheduled for Sunday, 28 February at 3PM EST. It's a Laurel and Hardy extravaganza, with four of their short comedies.... from before they were teamed up. Here's the link

Another fine episode, with a short new to me, and a very welcome visit with Serge Bromberg and Rob Stone. Serge said that old movies are an excuse to meet friends, and these are two good friends to have.... as well as the half dozen of you you who have helped keep us sane for almost a year now.
