13th Silent Film Festival in Forssa, Finland

The 13th Silent Film Festival presents some great German movies worth seeing. The festival's theme is German Silent Film, and especially legendary director F.W. Murnau. As much as four films of the festival are directed by Murnau. Movies by directors Ernst Lubitsch, Leopold Jessner and Karl Grune will also be shown on the silver screen of Elävienkuvien Teatteri, founded in 1906. Movies are accompanied by live musicians, which guarantees a perfect silent film experience. All movies will be shown from genuine film reels.
