Which Nitratevillians are heading to Syracuse in March? It's a few months off but not too early to plan a luncheon table- lets set a day and meet up- I propose marking the table with a portrait of Nita Naldi.

You know, this won't make the DoNs happy, and I know at least one if not two, attends this festival.

Well, I'll bring the Naldi picture- no grapes, but she's wearing a headdress made of scarabs.

You forget who drinks most of the Capitol's supply!

If memory serves, weren't the a.m.s lunches graced with a photo of mascot Charles Ogle?

True, but a.m.s. is a walking corpse that isn't aware that it's dead. Anyhow, I don't have a portrait of Ogle. I have Nita Naldi, Irene Rich and Maurice K Blackwell.

Yes, the Charles Ogle portrait belongs to me, and it's a nice early 1920s Paramount linenback as well. Top that, will ya.........

I propose we rename the lunch the "Nitrateville" lunch and Louis' portrait of Shep becomes our new mascot. All in favor?

What day looks good for the Nitrateville lunch? I'll be there for the whole thing but will be taking most of my meals elsewhere.
As to a table mascot, how about a still with Larry Semon, Oliver Hardy And "G. Howe Black".
