The Cat and Canary (1939)
Bob Hope, Paulette Goddard, Gale Sondergaard
Murder and madness ensue when an eccentric family meets at their uncle's remote, decaying mansion on the tenth anniversary of his death for the reading of his will. Hope's wisecracking role ensured his stature as one of the top movies comics.
Monkey Business (1931)
The Marx Brothers
More fun than four barrels of monkeys! It's comedy on the high seas when the zany Marx Brothers stow away on an ocean liner.
