I noticed some comments on this site complaining about the high cost of this book which I wrote for McFarland. I agree that $95 is high. I purchased copies to sell at Cinecon for $80 during Labor Day and I have three left. I offer them to anyone who is interested at the same price with an additional $7 for shipping and insurance in the continental U.S. only.
