For Sale- American Cinematographer magazine- rare 1920s and 1930s issues. Informative issues from a fascinating time in motion picture history. Articles and pictures on different aspects of film including photography, sound, makeup, equipment, etc. Even the classifieds are interesting- among the advertisers- Mitchell Camera, cinematographers George Meehan and John Stumar(both shot many a Three Stooges short), Charles Stumar(shot the Mummy, etc), Ted Tetzlaff (shot for Hitchcock, etc)..The Sept 1931 issue has Pat O' Brien on the cover, the April 1931 has lovely Joan Marsh in a revealing swimsuit at the beach. The issues included are 1928- January, June & July, 1931- April, September, 1932- January, March, 1933- April, June, 1934- March, April, May, 1936- January, March.
