Does anyone have a glossy 8 x 10 fotograf, or any other size for that matter of Robert Harron?
If someone does, please let me know. Willing to pay a reasonable price.

Yes. Actually have a few of them. Unfortunately, they are not for sale. There are some, as far as I recall, available at MOMA in NYC. I purchased some when I 'was a kid' in a Griffith collection ~1968 or so. They are 5x7" prints. I also have a 8x10". However, they along signed photos of Ramon Navarro (general), Blanche Sweet (to me), and Lillian Gish (w/personal letter) are not for sale. As a matter of fact, Blanche is looking over my shoulder as I type.
You see, I lectured at MOMA for the Harron Centennial (1993) and did a great deal of research upon him and his death. As a result, I was in contact with Lillian, Blanche, and Harron's sister. Though some still argue, I literally have the proof that the death was suicide - medical records) rather than an accident as per the news of the time.
Anyway, as the #1 Harron Fan, I am always interested in others who share the topic. Are you a general Silent collector or mainly focused upon Harron?

There's a few on eBay right now, but they are not cheap.

I am just a lover of silent films, and Robert Harron is one of my my top five favourite Actors. I have always wanted a glossy portrait of him to place among my film memorabilia.Harron21 wrote:Yes. It thrilled me just to read about your research about Robert's life, and had contact with such silent movie Icons as Ms. Gish & Ms. Sweet. (including Robert's sister) It must have been an unforgettable experience for you.
Thank you for your response and for sharing such information.
Robert has been gone for so long but it is nice to know he is still remembered.

I have seen the ones for Coincidence there (I have never ordered from E-Bay yet) and realised the seller raised the price on them. I have been tempted though.silentfilm wrote:There's a few on eBay right now, but they are not cheap.
