NOTHING SACRED (1937) with Carole Lombard and Fredric March

This is probably a Thunderbird print, but it is unmarked on the leader. The preprint was not a Technicolor print, but a CineColor print that had some wear, including colored wear lines. It's two 1600 foot reels on unmarked stock. The color has not faded, but the Cinecolor preprint certainly does not look nearly as good as the recent BluRay release. There are six splices in the first reel, and five in the second, although some of these are where 800-foot sections were joined together. Very good sound - it is definitely not a dupe. There is no vinegar smell with this print.

$85, plus media mail shipping with tracking. Canadian shipping will be higher.

I don't have a way to scan the film, but here's a few stills from my collection from this very funny film. The story concerns a small-town girl whom a quack doctor diagnoses as having "radium poisoning". A newspaper decides to highlight her tragic story, and make her a celebrity for the last few weeks of her "life". Of course she is not really dying...
