Looking at Aníbal Troilo, he reminds me of Paul Whiteman in looks and behavior. I'm definitely not trying to be insulting, but to me this tango is, frankly, boring. I notice, however, that there is a vocal score that's supposed to go with this. Possibly with that...or played exclusively on the bandoneón and not the piano.

This is actually a rare score; he never recorded it.
