7UP (1969) NOT PAN REGIONAL

Ten years ago, the late Roberto Di Chiara went into partnership with arcoiris.tv in order to provide them with archival elements in order to promote his archive. The results, as usual, were a disaster and he lost money. Worse, the videos uploaded there were of bad quality despite complaints from the very beginning.
Among the videos they uploaded were more than 15 minutes of Argentine commercials, mostly in black and white. They are still online. The video quality is terrible, the sound is out of sync and on occasions it is impossible to repair.
One of the commercials I did manage to restore are these ones from 7UP made in Argentina in 1969. In one of the many blogs that uploads recordings (and that the industry is always shutting down) I managed to rescue a series of radio commercials from Argentina... and among those, there was an acetate recording of the 7UP commercial.
So, I was able to reconstruct the original soundtrack of the following two ads. The video was originally in PAL the soundtrack was speeded up, my repair follows the acetate as it sounds (obviously not in PAL). The first video is the shorter version, the second features the full recording.
I don't know the name of the band, but the announcer is Pedro AnĂbal Mansilla Flores:
