Quilmes is a brewery from Argentina that has been continuously in operation since 1888 and, since then, has become a very traditional brand. They produced a lot of commercials, usually good ones even though they are frequently repetitive.
In 1984 they introduced a jingle on radio stations that became very popular, even though it has been a long time since it was abandoned and, although they had others in the past, it seems that they no longer have a popular song.
This commercial was the first of a series in which the same premise displayed here was repeated over and over again, but with an instrumental version of the song.
But what distinguishes this rather routine commercial is a very unusual visual effect that, after one more example, it was shortly abandoned and never repeated.
