A few days ago, I rescued and fixed a 1988 Argentine commercial for Coca-Cola directed by Edi Flhener. A comment in my YouTube channel made me upset: a guy wrote that the ad was filmed in the United States and then it was shown in other parts of the world.
Actually, and that was my mistake, the ad is actually pan regional. But unlike the norm, the pan regional version is the one seen in the United States. The McCann-Erickson commercial was produced and filmed in Argentina and then it was shown in the States, probably after the Spanish language version was released. I think that it is probably among the first Argentine produced ads for US television.
Here is the English language version. The editing is partially similar to the original version, but the bottles, signs and some scenes were replaced. In fact, this version feels forced.

Here is an short version of the ad, but it is not a reduction because it includes alternate elements.
But how is that I am saying that this is an Argentine production? Look at this capture: the train station is obviously the one in Retiro, Buenos Aires, that have been used in other international productions like in SEVEN YEARS IN TIBET (pretending to be a place in Nazi Germany).

This is an alternate version of the ad. Although this video has more quality than the one I posted first, the ending features a different titles and this could be because it may have aired in another English language country.

Finally, here is again the original version of the ad in Spanish. This is a much better production, with better editing and better visual choices (the old ladies are shown in in a medium shot, the little girl here, for instance, appears in a far more natural way than in the English version). I can also recognize another place in the scene where there is a couple dancing under the rain. And the jingle is better in Spanish.
