This JWT commercial from Brazil seems to be pan regional (of a series that have been posted in bad shape and I'm trying to fix). These characters were originally created in Denmark in 1944 and introduced into the United States in 1958 (they also appeared in Argentina). The song is a Portuguese version of Happy Motoring which was also used in American commercial.
With a soundtrack replacement this can play anywhere in the world.
