I remember TEEM! They sold it in Canada, up into the '80s. I think my friend's older brother liked to make mixed drinks with it, although more often he'd use WINK.

I remember them both! In fact, Wink was my pop of choice in summer up at the cottage. We bought one big bottle each Friday and treated ourselves to a glass of it Saturday and Sunday evenings. Haven't thought of it in years. Teem wasn't nearly as popular -- too much like other soft drinks. I was one of the few who also liked Mountain Dew, under its original hillbilly tagline: "Mountain Dew'll do it for yew!"

TEEM was discontinued by Pepsi in 1986 when they got 7UP for non-american territories.

Thanks for that info. As I mentioned, it wasn't very popular because it tasted too much like too many other soft drinks, of which 7-Up was definitely one. Sprite was another.
I don't miss any of them, to be honest, but right now I've got a thirst for some Wink!
Lemon Soda? I don't remember that one, but from the sound of it, it must have been Canada Dry's ripoff of Wink.
Wink was already a Canada Dry product, and its flavour is more grapefruit than lemon, so this would be a different flavoured item. And maybe the name "Wink" wouldn't translate in Latin American markets?
Interestingly, the shape of the bottle in that Limon Soda ad is pretty much the same as a bottle of Wink. Must have been a standard for Canada Dry bottles in the '60s/'70s.

But there was Wink available in Argentina at the same time. It didn't last, though.
