I've just posted a short video about the BFI blu-ray of Jules Dassin's Night and the City (1950), and have included rare on-set images from my collection to illustrate it.

Yes, for the first time, the UK edit of the film with the alternative score, is also included on the Blu-Ray.

We released both scores in a two CD-box. The Waxman score is in full stereo. I still have a few copies. PM me if interested.
