No pre-codes this time around, but three titles new to DVD:

The Trail of the Lonesome Pine (1936)
Beau Geste (1939) [also in the 2005 Gary Cooper set]
Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves (1944)
Lonely are the Brave (1962)

They sell for $19.98 apiece, and details are listed here. The John Barrymore Kino artwork is posted below.

Ooooh, Maria! This is a great one, although sadly, no Cobra Dance. The technicolor (among other things) will make your head explode.

Can anyone tell me *why* Universal is sitting on that glorious restoration of Cobra Woman? It has sold out every screening I know of and there is no other Montez title that fans want more. Why U is releasing other Montez titles and not that one leaves me scratching my head.

I hev spoken.

I think you can get it from France, if you gotta.

I agree, I don't get why the one good one is the one not available.

More to the point, why didn't they simply release a box set of all six of 'em and have done with it?
