Silent Films which featured the stock market or investing

I'm curious which silent films featured the stock market or investing.
I mentioned "Get Rich Quick Wallingford" and I know there are others
but don't want to take a "risk" on remembering if it was gambling
(Mabuse) or "investing."

I'm in the midst of writing the SEC to see if they will sponsor
a re-release of the Wallingford films from the LOC archives.

Thanks.

Does anyone know if there is a collection of these films released
under a thematic package? Seems like it could be a seller.

How about Buster Keaton's film THE SAPHEAD? Or A CORNER IN WHEAT?

:o Try this one. Probably a lost film from 1924 with Gertrude Astor and Jacqueline Logan. Terrific Title.

Would love to see that, but I don't think it'd sell very well. "Public awareness" sets generally don't.

NOAH'S ARK (1928) opened with a stock market scene.

I'd love to see these films (like "Stocks and Blondes", heh) if they still exist, but I wonder how many do. I recently watched on Netflix a program (from about 1990) about the 1929 crash and the over-optimism that led up to it in the 20s, that supposedly no one ever felt there would be a crash, etc. They played a cute contemporary popular song, something like "I'm declaring a dividend with you" but I wonder how many films reflecting those times haven't survived.

I've actually always been surprised that more films haven't been made about the crash itself. A fiction film about it would be fascinating.

It's been a while since I saw it, but didn't Mabuse the Gambler have several scenes centered in the stock market near the beginning? Or am I thinking of one of the Feuillade serials? Or maybe both...

Would biblical films with Jesus chasing money lenders out of the temple count?
