Harry Earles smokes again

He was Hans in FREAKS and Tweedldee in THE UNHOLY THREE(s). This looks like him (uncredited) in a lost Johnnie Hines pic for First National in late 1926.

You're right, it's an impersonator. Too tall and Earles preferred cigars. Speaking of which, Photoplay panned the movie, saying "the gags fail to explode."
Also, a known performer like Earles would have gotten a credit.
