The documentary The Golden Age of Comedy (1958) will be on TCM (US)
during the night at 4:30 AM, Eastern Time:

It's now out of print but it was released on dvd in the last decade in a double feature with When Comedy Was King http://www.amazon.com/First-Kings-Comed ... 922&sr=1-3" target="_blank in a great print. I believe it was also very inexpensive at the time, under ten bucks.

I recorded this, but I am afraid to watch it since I haven't seen all of the material it covers and I am worried about it spoiling the films. :lol:
