Looking through the list I don't see Hitchcock's "Easy Virtue" (1928) which both begins and ends in the courtroom. Hitchcock's "Manxman" (1929) features the film's climax inside a courtroom.
Another omission is Ana May Wong's "Piccadilly" (1929) that ends with a murder trial. In a less serious film, there's the 'Night Court' scene in "My Best Girl" (1927).
I was reminded today watching Lois Weber's "Where Are My Children" (1916) that it too was a Courtroom Drama.

Easy Virtue" was remade in 2008 with Jessica Biel in the leading role.

Another one, THE LOVE GAMBLE (1925) has trial scenes plus a last-minute dash before sentence is passed...
