Looking for prints of WHAT'S THE WORLD COMING TO? (1926)

Hello everyone,

I'm doing a digital restoration of the 1926 Hal Roach film What's the World Coming To? (1926), a comedy set 100 years in the future when "men are more like women and women are more like men." It stars Clyde Cook, Katherine Grant, and James Finlayson. (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0275071/)

However, I haven't been able to find any complete prints of the film (which was originally released as 2 reels), or any 35mm prints, so we're trying to piece it together from good quality 16mm prints.

If you know of a 16mm print of this film (that might be available to be scanned), I'd be grateful if you could email me at [email protected]" target="_blank. We're particularly interested in prints of the second half of the film, much of which is on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IJaMTUE19-4

We will cover expenses and credit the source of any material we end up using.

Or if you know anything else about this film, I'd be happy to hear about it -- you can respond to this post or email me, as you like.

Thanks for your help!

WTWCT is a remake of the Snub Pollard comedy YEARS TO COME (1922) which also features futuristic sexual role reversals.

There are 16mm elements in this country though I don't know who has them now. Looser Than Loose had a version of WTWCT that had the original animated opening titles.
