Louise Brooks

Post by Lisa Rowe » Mon Jul 11, 2016 8:24 pm

I'll have to post some of my Louis Brooks collection. One can be all over the place when it comes to Lost Films so staying with what you know seems to be the best move:)

By far Vincent's collection is the largest private collection in the world. http://louisebrooks.com/

He's the only one I buy my stuff through. On another note I'm not trying to sell anything here, with him you never have to question the integrity of the item. He might sell a piece here and there. He's has a real hard time letting anything go.....

Vincent was able to purchase the Brooks Estate upon her death. Where talking baby pictures. Pictures of her mother. Her yearbook things owned by the Brook family out of Kansas. He actually wants to make a major motion picture on her.

No joke he has some real players lined up in the works:)

He bough the rights to Barry Paris autobiography on Brooks. He owns the Louise Brooks Domain.

Like he said She's so Cool:)

You'll never regret watching the dubbed talkie, "Prix de Beaute" if you'd like to have a sense of what Louise Brooks might have been like. Filmed in Europe where she was appreciated.

It's a fun romantic tragedy that really comes to life on the screen.
