I saw this last night. It's Mary Pickford. There's another dealer with a Witzel photo of Charles Ray that they're calling unidentified actor.

I contacted the seller, as he's someone that I've purchased from before. He says that the photo is from the Harold Lloyd/Mildred Davis estate. Regardless, I think it is Mary Pickford, probably from 1917-1918.

It's Mary Pickford. The same picture can be found on page 153(top right of page) in Daniel Blum's "Pictorial History of the Silent Screen"
The photo is a still of Mary Pickford from "Joanna Enlists" (1918) when she was presented an honorary colonel in the 143rd Field Artillery. You can watch a small part of this at this URL:
