Research help request. Placing a date to a Chicago article.

I have an early motion picture catalog published in 1909 by Amusement Supply Co. of Chicago. Placed inside it loose is this facsimile of a news paper article to serve as a company testimonial.
I am trying to find out if this column is authentic or bogus. It just does not read like a newspaper article, IMHO.
In printed-in-cursive it says its from the "Commercial Chronicle" of Chicago and dated March 22, I presume 1907 or 08.
I cant find the answer in Google but did the "Commercial Chronicle" ever exist?
If so does this column appear in the March 22 edition of that paper in either 1907 or 1908?
Any help on this is greatly welcome. I dont have access to that online historical newspaper site.
The one article with "queer assortment of married couples in Hungary" shows up in several papers online but "Rapid development of business of the Amusement Supply Company...." does not.
