Can Anyone Identify This Toots & Casper Film

I found a short clip from a 1920s Toots and Casper movie on You Tube. The film stars Bud Duncan and Thelma Hill. The title card says it's called "At Home" but according to the IMDB none of the 12 Toots and Casper shorts have that title. I would appreciate any help. Here's the link ...
