The Phantom Carriage - rights

Does anyone knows who holds the exhibition rights of "The Phantom Carriage" (1921)? A friend wants to exhibit it, who should he talk to?

It is Public Domain in the USA, but if you want to screen the recent restoration, you will have to contact Criterion, who have released the restoration on video.
