Hi, anyone knows if there is any circulating copies of Le Petit Cafe, a 1919 Max Linder feature directed by Raymond Bernard?

Does the film survive at all?

We screened the Belgian archives’ print at MoMA during “Silent Comedy International” in 2018, and another archives’ print will be (or has been) shown in a similar series in Pordenone this week.

Does not circulate otherwise.

Thanks for the data, Ben. Is it a good picture, worth of being put into a crowdfunding or something?

Anything by Linder is worth seeing. I would certainly contribute.

I agree, and a Linder feature directed by the director of The Miracle of Wolves and The Chess Player seems especially interesting.
