Photo ID Classified or not?

I received a query about this still, suggesting that it is from Classified (1925) with Corinne Griffith. I'm not so sure, although the man might be Jack Mulhall. Anyone have a clue? Thanks.

I think that's Grant Withers, with whom Griffith made two pictures, 1929's "Saturday's Children" and 1930's "Back Pay" . I must admit, though, Withers and Mulhall look a lot alike, but Withers parts his hair as is in this picture and Mulhall didn't. There was a silent version of "Saturday's Children" and a version with talkie parts and music. "Back Pay" is a soundie and has been released by Warner Archive Collection.

Withers was taller than Mulhall.

Online stills for
Classified (1925) have a still code of "41-xx", like above. This still has just a "40". That means it was likely from an independent studio that only worked on one film at a time, and there was no reason to label stills with a production number or code.
The woman in your still does not look like Corinne Griffith to me.

Looks like Alberta Vaughn to me. The guy looks like Grant Withers to me. Possibly "Fighting Hearts" from 1926, an FBO film. I've a still from "The Cowboy Musketeer" from 1926 (also FBO) that has the code number 30 on it.

Found it! It's from the 1928 silent version of Road to Ruin with Helen Foster. And, yes, it was Grant Withers. Thanks all for the help. A side note that Dorothy Davenport remade this in 1934, again with Helen Foster.

Florence Turner is in the film also. I just ordered it the other day from Amazon.....

The first photo is Grant Withers, the guy in the second photo is Ward Crane. It looks like Edythe Chapman in the first photo.
