Free Silent Comedy Ezine - The Lost Laugh

Hi folks!
I’m a newbie who’s been lurking for a while… I’ve been enjoying reading along and learning from you all!
Just thought that some of you silent comedy fans may be interested in my e-zine and blog, The Lost Laugh, if you’ve not come across it before. (I’m not generally very good at sharing and promoting it..). The e-zine covers silent and early sound comedy as well as dipping into music hall and variety.
Each issue has in-depth articles, film reviews, articles by guest writers, rare photos and reproduced vintage articles from the trades. As a example, the last issue featured an article on British silent comedian Walter Forde (including quite a bit of film and biographical information that I don’t think has been published before), Monty Banks in the sound era, Baby Peggy, a Q & A with Ben Model, Mabel Normand’s last film, and the overlooked shorts Roscoe Arbuckle made while Buster Keaton was in the army.
There are 12 back issues with a lucky 13th due in the New Year. You can download them for free (as PDFs) here:
https://thelostlaugh.com/magazine/
The website has a blog and I'm also building a series of pages with focus on different forgotten comics. Wallace Lupino is the latest addition!
Anyway, thanks for reading this far and I hope you'll take a look!
I always love to feature guest contributions and to help share and promote projects that people are working on, so do get in touch if you’d like to be involved.
Best,
Matt
