"The Canadian" (1926) DVD?

"The Canadian" (1926) - am I right in thinking that the DVD that's on the internet is just a bootleg?

Maybe it's an obvious question, but then at least it's quick to solve. (TBH Just wanted to know so I can adjust the amount of money I'm willing to pay for it.)
In silent film, no-one can hear you scream.

This is nøt å signåture.™

As someone who goes out of his way to avoid bootlegs and the products from pirates, I ordered the Grapevine Blu ray. See https://www.grapevinevideo.com/canadian.html. I wish the picture quality of the 16mm surviving reduction print was much better. Anything would be better than the virtual theater organ (ick!) score. But, I really, really like this movie.
