Anyone know who I can email about a replacement disc for the Program 2 disc of the More Treasures series? Instead of Program 2 I've got Disc 2 of a Joan Hickson Miss Marple series.
I bought this a while back, so I can't return it, obviously, recipt and packaging are long gone.

What a frustrating problem. I tried to log into
www.filmpreservation.org, but I could not enter the site for some reason. They do have a San Francisco address, 870 Market St #1113, which may be of some help.

On search I got a page that opened. The right name came up and this opened. National Film.

Donna,
Image should be the one to help. You can email them at
[email protected] but your better off calling their 800-473-3475 number and asking for customer service. If they don't help, then contact me at my email address and I can give you the NFPF's number offline.

Oh well, I called Image and was told I'd have to deal with the vendor I bought it from. I can't remember if it was amazon or ebay. So, I'm stuck with it, I guess.

So, I'll hunt for another set of the More Treasures set and hope it has the correct disc.

Mike, I will check, but I can't even pinpoint when I actually bought this. But, I will work on that. Teaches me a lesson, though, check the discs immediately.

If you bought it on Amazon.com, you can go into your account, click on Your Orders, and find it that way. You would probably have to pay return postage, but you can probably exchange it, no matter how long ago you bought it, if there's a record of it in your account.

Donna, if the Miss Marple was an Image disc, it was there fault and they should replace it. You can go back and ask for the person's superior and if that doesn't work, I can give you some names and numbers. If it's not an Image disc, it would be the fault of the place you bought it.
Again, I can give you a contact with the NFPF if you email me directly.
Lastly, Midwest Tapes sometimes sells individual DVDs of boxed sets. They have excellent customer service, I'm told.
