The Blue Bird (1918)

A quick question about Tourneur's THE BLUE BIRD. I had read somewhere that the scene of the children getting ready for bed was once cut, for some kind of censorship reason. In the Kino Video release, this scene seems highly decomposed. I am wondering if it was restored from a different source for the DVD. Was in found intact in a different reel that was decaying, then edited back in for the DVD? There is another brief scene later on where the fairies are dancing. That was decayed too. Was that cut too? Where the fairies revealing too much leg or cleavage or something.
