I received my copy of this new Warner Archives release today, and it seems to be generally fine. "Parlor, Bedroom, and Bath" and "Speak Easily" are on disc 1, and "The Passionate Plumber" is the lone feature of disc 2. Concerning the video transfers, I do not think that these titles were remastered to the same extent that the three previously released Warner Archives Keaton talkies were, but I could be wrong for all I know. That said, "Parlor, Bedroom, and Bath" and "Speak Easily" do look sharp. It would be particularly interesting to compare this transfer of "Parlor, Bedroom, and Bath" with the one on Industrial Strength Keaton (I would make the comparison, but my copy of the latter DVD is in storage in another state). The transfer of "The Passionate Plumber" looks a little on the soft side, but it still looks ok. On the whole, I would recommend this to the Keaton completist. Here are some screen captures I made if anyone is interested.
