I sometimes notice odd little things in the continuity of a film that don't mean much, but puzzle me.

I recently watched "I Was A Male War Bride" 1949, Cary Grant/Ann Sheridan/Howard Hawks. A supporting
actor I've always liked, Kenneth Tobey (The Thing, 1951), apparently has red hair in one scene, and black hair in another.
In The Thing, I believe he has black hair throughout. I'm guessing he didn't photograph as well with the reddish hair,
which looks odd in b/w. Wasn't that a problem with Lucille Ball?

Anybody else have any favorite little oddball quirks?

I seem to remember a few wardrobe gaffes in Roger Corman's THE TERROR (1963). Jack Nicholson is traipsing up an island (I think to Boris Karloff's house / castle - I saw it so long ago) and manages to acquire a hat (a Napoleon job, I think) along the way, despite not passing a gentleman's outfitter's on the way up. And yes, I know it was made in a couple of days, but you did ask...
